Toronto, Canada (September 19, 2009) – Exclusive lifestyle brand Nikki Beach uprooted it’s infamous party hub from the beaches of La Croisette to the towers of Toronto in the heart of Yorkville during the 34th Toronto Film Festival, for the first time in Canada. By day, Nikki Beach hosted private press junkets at the Roof Lounge of the Park Hyatt from September 10– 17, 2009, including:

During cocktail hour, AMC hosted a daily networking event as industry VIPs gathered at the venue, surrounded by Nikki Beach’s sleek signature décor of flowing white curtains, white tufted leather furniture, white lacquer bamboo and blue lighting. Additional events included a gala for the Abu Dhabi Film Commission hosted by His Excellency Mohammed Khakaf Al‐Mazrouei and a Save‐The‐Seals fete hosted by The Humane Society.
By night, party guests dined on platters of fresh gourmet cuisine and sushi for dinner (open from 5:00pm – 4:00am.) During afterhours, Nikki Beach consisted of unique showcases from international artists and world famous DJs. Additional celebrity guests of Nikki Beach included Clive Owen, Drew Barrymore, Verne Troyer, Paz de la Huerta, Mena Suvari, Jason Reitman, Tilda Swinton, Brett Ratner and Michael Cera.
Participating sponsors of Nikki Beach included Diet Coke, Samsung Mobile, Audi, Slava Ultra‐ Premium Vodka, Benson & Hedges, Marc Jacobs Fragrances, Calvin Klein Fragrances and Evian, that assisted in entertaining film industry VIP's and Hollywood’s elite during the Toronto Film Festival.
Over the past seven years, Nikki Beach at the Cannes & Venice Film Festivals have catered to an incredible clientele including Mariah Carey and Lee Daniels hosting a private dinner for their movie “Precious,” Woody Allen and Scarlett Johansson hosting the premier party for their movie “Match Point,” the “Trophee Chopard,” hosted by Penelope Cruz and Sir Elton John (two years in a row,) an Alicia Keys private concert, Sharon Stone hosting her press conference for “Basic Instinct II,” Natalie Portman and George Lucas' press conference for the latest “Star Wars,” The Valentino Cocktail party and many others. The high caliber fetes prompted international buzz including Vanity Fair, who quoted Nikki Beach and Club Nikki at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival as “two of the sexiest nightspots on the Riviera.”
